Set up a campaign
Choose the contribution amount, how often people pay, how many members you need, when it starts and the order people get paid. Ajowallet generates a campaign code you can share immediately.

Share the campaign code so members join
Send the code to the people who should be in the campaign. They join from the mobile app, review the terms and appear on your member list before you start collecting.

Collect on schedule
Dues fall on the dates you set. Members contribute through the app using their wallet. If someone pays you outside the app, record it so the campaign stays accurate for everyone.

Pay out and repeat
When it is a member’s turn, send their payout from the campaign. They receive it in their wallet, the next person moves up, and the cycle continues until every turn is complete.

What people ask before their first campaign
What is a campaign on Ajowallet?+
A campaign is one contribution arrangement: the members, the amount, how often people pay and the order they get paid out. Ajo, esusu and adashe all run as campaigns. Coordinators manage them from the web dashboard; members use the mobile app.
How is this different from running ajo on WhatsApp?+
WhatsApp is for chat. Ajowallet is for the money side: a named campaign with fixed rules, a shared contribution record, reminders, wallet contributions and payouts that follow an agreed order. The conversation can stay in chat; the numbers live in the campaign.
How do members join a campaign?+
The coordinator shares the campaign code. Members open the app, enter the code, review the campaign details and join before contributions begin. Coordinators can also invite people directly from the dashboard.
How do contributions and payouts work?+
Members fund their wallet and pay each due contribution from the app. Coordinators track who has paid, follow up on outstanding dues and send payouts when it is each member’s turn. Outside payments can be recorded so the shared record stays complete.
Can a coordinator charge a fee?+
Yes. When you create a campaign you can set an optional commission (a percentage or a flat amount) collected with each contribution or taken at payout. Earnings appear in your coordinator account.
Can I run more than one campaign?+
Yes. Starter includes one campaign. Growth supports up to three and Pro supports up to five, so coordinators who run several circles can keep them organised under one login.
Do members need a separate subscription?+
No. Plans are for coordinators. Members join campaigns, contribute and receive payouts through the mobile app without paying a platform subscription.
